These general conditions (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) regulate the use of the Internet portal service (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that SUNCORP GLOBAL BUSINESS, S.L. (hereinafter, “SUNCORP”) makes available to Internet users.

The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the “User”) and expresses the full and unreserved acceptance of the User of each and every one of the General Conditions in the version published by at the very moment in which the user accesses the Portal. Consequently, the User must carefully read the General Conditions on each of the occasions in which he intends to use the Portal.

The use of certain services offered to Users through the Portal is subject to its own particular conditions (hereinafter, the “Particular Conditions”) which, depending on the case, replace, complement and/or modify the General Conditions. Prior to using said services, therefore, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Particular Conditions.

Likewise, the use of the Service is also subject to all notices, regulations of use and instructions made known to the User by SUNCORP , which complete the provisions of these General Conditions as long as they do not oppose them. .


Through the Portal, SUNCORP provides Users with access to and use of various services and content (hereinafter, the “Services”).

SUNCORP reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Portal, as well as the Services and the conditions required to use the Portal and the Services. If, in order to use certain Services, the User must previously register in the Portal’s User database, the User may unsubscribe from the database at the time they request it.


The provision of the Portal service by SUNCORP is informative for Users. The User will not have to make any economic payment to read the contents of the Portal, although they will have to register to enjoy some of the contents.

The User undertakes to use the Portal and the Services in accordance with the law, these General Conditions, as well as morality and generally accepted good customs and public order.

The User undertakes to refrain from using the Portal and the Services for illicit purposes or effects, contrary to what is established in these General Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the Portal or the Services or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Portal and the Services by Users.

The User undertakes to use the Portal Services correctly and lawfully.
SUNCORP allows Users to have the contents to send and recommend to third parties. In addition, it allows content to be disseminated or published in other media, whether physical or virtual, provided that the origin of said Content is respected, and the title, author, name of the SUNCORP Portal is cited. , and hyperlink to the SUNCORP Portal, and hyperlink to the SUNCORP Portal page where the Content in question is located.


SUNCORP may publish on its Portal hyperlinks to other Web pages that contain Content related to what the User is reading on the Portal. The establishment of the Hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of relations between SUNCORP and the owner of the Web page in which the Hyperlink is established.

To use some of the Services, Users must previously provide SUNCORP certain personal data (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”). SUNCORP will automatically process Personal Data for the purposes and conditions defined in its Privacy Policy, published on the Portal.


SUNCORP may use cookies in certain periods of time when a user browses the websites and Web pages of the Portal. Our cookies are only associated with an anonymous User and his computer and do not provide references that allow the User’s name and surname to be deduced. SUNCORP cookies cannot read data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other providers. SUNCORP does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Portal and the Services. When it is reasonably possible, SUNCORP will give prior notice of interruptions in the operation of the Portal and the Services.

SUNCORP does not guarantee the usefulness of the Portal and the Services for carrying out any particular activity, nor their infallibility.

SUNCORP excludes any responsibility for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the Portal and Services, to the defrauding of the utility that the users may have attribute to the Portal and the Services, to the fallibility of the Portal and the Services, and to failures in accessing the different Web pages of the Portal or those from which the Services are provided.


The provision of the Portal service and other Services has, in principle, an indefinite duration. SUNCORP, however, is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the Portal Service. When it is reasonably possible, SUNCORP will give prior notice of the termination or suspension of the provision of the Portal service and other Services.


These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. SUNCORP and the User, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante (Spain) for any dispute that may arise from the provision of services subject to these General Conditions.
